Returns Policy – Spades Jewels

We are happy to offer a 3-day return policy at Spades Jewels. Please note that we do not offer refunds; instead, a credit note will be issued upon successful return. A ₹90 fee is applicable for return shipping and reverse logistics.

For damaged or missing products, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

International Returns: We currently do not offer free return shipping for international orders.


To Qualify for a Return:

  • A return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • The product must be unused, brand-new, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The invoice must be included with the return.

  • The product must be free of any blemishes or signs of use.

  • All embellishments or accessories must be in perfect condition.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • Any item or accessory from the original shipment is missing.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse.

  • Any item is used or opened, unless it was received damaged.

  • Free gifts must be returned along with the product.

  • Items from a promotional combo or set cannot be returned individually.

  • Sale items or items purchased using a credit note are non-returnable.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.

Spades Jewels reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions stated above.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at +91-7990813255 with your order number, product details, and reason for return. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product and must meet the return eligibility criteria.

Post approval, we will process the refund within 2 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup. Our Customer Care team will respond to your request within 24 hours.


Damage Policy:

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or transit, a replacement will be arranged. Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Note: We only offer replacements for damaged items. Refunds will not be issued.


Exchange Policy:

Exchange/replacement timeframe

The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 4 business days

Exchanges are available within 4 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags.

  • A ₹90 exchange fee applies for reverse logistics.

How to Use Spades Jewels Credit Note:

  • Credit notes (gift cards) can be used at checkout on our website.

  • Apply the gift card code sent to your registered email during checkout.

  • The code will automatically deduct the gift amount from your total.

  • Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

For any issues applying your gift card, WhatsApp us between 10 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Sat) at +91-7990813255.


Order Cancellation:

  • Once an order (COD or prepaid) has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • For prepaid orders, if canceled before shipping, a gift card will be issued.

  • Refunds to bank accounts are not available.


Customised Jewellery:

Orders for customised jewellery are non-returnable. However, if the item is received damaged, please email spadesjewels@gmail.com with a clear picture of the damaged product. If verified, we will arrange a replacement.
